- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to show.
5. Address Accuracy
- Ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If returned, re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
- Report within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos/videos as proof.
- We will arrange replacement/resolution at no extra cost.
8. Return & Exchange Shipping
- Return shipping is paid by the customer (except defective items).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
