Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- The item must not be listed under non-returnable items.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items (if opened)
- Customized or personalized products
- Final sale / clearance items
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
- Submit a return request via email, account dashboard, or WhatsApp.
- Wait for return approval and instructions.
- Ship the item to the Company Registered address.
- Share tracking details (mandatory).
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are eligible only for orders cancelled before final acceptance (usually within 30 minutes).
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless item is defective or wrong item received).
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges allowed for size, color, or defective items (subject to availability).
- If replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- Customers may need to pay price differences (if applicable).
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
- Report within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share photos/videos as proof.
- Replacement or refund will be arranged at no extra cost.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer pays return shipping (unless item is defective).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
